CAN YOU MAKE ME A BESPOKE ITEM/COLLECTION?

Where possible we will try to accommodate all bespoke requests.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is required at the time of ordering. You can pay via PayPal or STRIPE – our super secure Credit/Debit card payment service.

IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes, we have very strong security and our severs are monitored and updated on a regular basis. If you are paying by Credit/Debit card we use a secure payment service called STRIPE.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of our items are handmade to order with an average turnaround time of 10 days to dispatch. During busy periods the full 10 days is to be expected.

We offer 2 types of delivery option, Standard and Express.

Standard Delivery (up to 14 days)

Once complete, all items are dispatched via Myhermes, Royal Mail (Tracked) or DHL for delivery.

Express Delivery (up to 7 days)

Once complete, all items are dispatched via Myhermes, Royal Mail (Tracked) or DHL for delivery. Please contact us in the first instance to arrange this and when ordering select Express Delivery

International Orders

All additional fees and taxes applicable to international orders are payable by the customer

DO YOU OFFER A SERVICE QUICKER THAN EXPRESS?

Where possible we will always try to see if we can accommodate urgent requests. Get in touch with us and let us know what you are looking to order and when you need it by. Additional fees apply.

WHAT IF MY ORDER/PARCEL IS LOST?

If you consider you item to be ‘lost’ please contact us within 28 days of the expected delivery date (a total of 35 days from order date). Orders deemed as lost after this time will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances. Our couriers require a period of time to pass before a parcel may be considered as ‘lost’ and we ask for your understanding in this matter. If your item has still not arrived after this time you order will be replaced. No refund will be given for lost parcels. This is to protect the integrity of the returns policy and us as a business from fraudulent claims and activity.

WHAT IF MY ORDER/DELIVERY IS DELAYED?

Delays as a result of third party services are beyond our control and we ask for your understanding of this point. If you order is delayed and does not arrive in time for your required date you are entitled to a full refund inc. postage costs. Refunds will be issued once the order has been returned in its original unopened packaging in an unused, unwashed condition. To accelerate this process you are asked to refuse delivery of the order when it arrives – this will prevent you from paying return postage fees.

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER. CAN I GET  REFUND?

No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders on which an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard delivery  = £6

Express delivery = £15

For orders over £60 we provide free Standard Delivery.

For orders over £100 we provide free Express Delivery.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

When you sign up to our Newsletter we give you 10% discount on your first purchase!

HOW DO I WASH MY ORDER?

We recommend hand washing your My Little Hanger items and leaving them to air dry. All fabrics and fastenings are wash tested prior to use and sale. Incorrect washing of your items may result in shrinkage/fading. Refunds or exchanges will not be given in this instance.

I WANT TO SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT, DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

We LOVE sending our items as gifts, it makes us feel extra special and very proud! Once your order has been placed drop us an email and we will make sure your item is packed and sent as a surprise. Remember to let us know if you would like a special message inside. 🙂

I AM ORDERING FOR EID, WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN TIME?

We provide a special service for the Eid so If you want to receive your order before Eid al-Fitr the cut of date for all orders is the 1st day of Ramadan. Orders place after this date are NOT guaranteed to arrive in time.

I AM ORDERING FOR CHRISTMAS, WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN TIME?

We provide a special service for the festive season so If you want to receive your order before the 25th of December the cut of date for all orders is the 1st of December. Orders place after this date are NOT guaranteed to arrive in time.
