SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (GCC Only)

 

Domestic ground orders in Kuwait and the rest of the GCC are typically delivered within 7 business days. Priority Mail and Overnight are available at additional charges, but please notify us at contact@mylittlehanger.com if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. We're more than happy to help accommodate rush orders, just let us know!

Unfortunately, once a package tracks with TNT as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.

 

International Orders (Worldwide)

We do ship internationally and have two options: 

  1. TNT standard delivery (flat rate 2KD), which can take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

  2. TNT express (flat rate 5KD), about 7-10 days.

 

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER 20KD AND FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER 40KD


International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that. 

All orders are fully trackable and If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at contact@mylittlehanger.com to receive your Customs/Shipping number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. 


Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized items

  • Custom made items

  •  

Items purchased online can be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the item. An exchange or return must be before 28 days and these items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Refunds (if applicable)

Items purchased online can be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mylittlehanger.com and send your item to PO Box 17335, Birmingham, West Midlands, B379DQ, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item/order over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
